Oakland County Equalization has determined that for the 2022 tax year, Novi will use a 24-month sale study for setting 2022 assessed values for residential real property. That period is from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2021. The 24-month sale study benefits the taxpayer because it considers older sales in an increasing market.
