The 2023 sale study data shows residential-improved sales activity in the City of Novi for reference purposes.

For the 2023 tax year, Novi will use a 24-month sale study to set 2023 assessed values for residential real property.  That period is from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2022.  The 24-month sales study benefits the taxpayer because it considers older sales in an increasing market.
