The City of Novi is invested in supporting and nurturing the arts community in the Novi area. We support Novi’s wonderful diversity and we encourage creativity and innovation in all fields. The Cultural Arts program is a division of the Novi Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department and has been encouraging and inspiring budding through advanced artists for many years.
