Curious about how new projects are planned in our Novi community? Join us for Planning & Development 101, an interactive session designed to demystify the planning and development process.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of community planning, zoning, land use, and development while gaining insight into how decisions are made and why they matter. Through engaging discussions, real-world examples, and opportunities to ask questions, you'll learn about the roles of planners, developers, elected officials, and residents in shaping the future of the community.
Whether you're interested in understanding a project in your neighborhood or simply want to learn more about how communities grow and change, this session will provide the knowledge and context to become a more informed and engaged resident.
Participation is free, but space is limited and advance registration is required. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and questions!
