The City of Novi Facilities Management Division provides core operation, maintenance, and strategic planning for city owned buildings. In addition to maintaining current city owned buildings, we oversee and manage capital projects further developing city facilities. The Facilities Management Division delivers the following services in a safe, cost-effective, and sustainable manner to support the citizens and employees who use these facilities:


  • Utilize project management skills in the design and construction of capital projects pertaining to city owned buildings.

  • Collaborate with all city departments and outside agencies to coordinate upgrades, to city owned facilities. 

  • Deliver a modern and innovative office environment.

  • Deploy sustainable building and energy solutions to lower operating costs.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on city own buildings minimizing down time and allowing for safe and constant operation.
