CITY OF NOVI PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Novi will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the Novi Civic Center, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI to consider the 2025-2031 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
All interested persons are invited to attend. Verbal comments may be heard at the hearing. The draft Capital Improvement Program documents are available for examination and review by contacting the City Manager’s Office, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI 48375 during regular business hours. Any written comments for the public hearing must be received by the Community Development Department, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, MI 48375 by 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

Please be advised, the City of Novi March Board of Review will be in session in the Mayor's Conference Room in the Novi Civic Center, located at 45175 W. Ten Mile Road, Novi, Michigan 48375, on the following days:
BOARD OF REVIEW ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING (NO APPEALS WILL BE HEARD)
Tuesday March 4, 2025 9:00 a.m.
BOARD OF REVIEW TAXPAYER APPEAL HEARINGS (APPOINTMENTS ENCOURAGED)
Monday March 10, 2025 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday March 11, 2025 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday March 12, 2025 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
To schedule an appointment, come in to the Novi Assessing Department or contact us at 248-347-0485 by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025. The March Board of Review meets to hear valuation and poverty appeals. All valuation appeals, written or in-person, must be accompanied by a completed Petition to Board of Review (Michigan Department of Treasury Form 618). We recommend written appeals be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday March 11, 2025. Written appeals must be received prior to the close of the March Board of Review to be considered.
