The applicant is requesting a variance from the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance Section 5.11 to install a fence in the front yard of a corner lot. By code, a fence shall not extend toward the front of the lot nearer then the minimum front yard setback. This property is zoned Single Family Residential (R-4). This case was tabled from the July 13th meeting.
