Due to the Michigan Supreme Court ruling on Monday, October 12, the previous Executive Order allowing for virtual municipal meetings is no longer valid.  Therefore, this week’s ZBA meeting cannot be held virtually as it would be in violation of the Open Meetings Act (OMA) and notification required.  The website will be updated with future meeting dates as more information regarding the OMA becomes available.
