Spring 2021
Fields are still under construction with additional seeding, grading, and fertilization taking place. Residents are welcome to use the walking paths but are asked to stay off the fields until the park is officially opened later in 2021.
September 2020
Work on establishing turf on the fields, site drainage, landscaping and other improvements will continue through the fall. Residents are welcome to use the walking paths through the park but asked to stay off all grass areas in order to promote turf establishment. We are anticipating opening the fields for play in Spring 2021.
October 31, 2019
The contractor has been working on placing topsoil, seeding, tree planting and low-point repairs to the fields. Final work before winter will include planting the last remaining trees, cleanup and final touch-ups throughout the site, remaining sidewalk at old entrance to the property, and signage and pavement markings. The fields are expected to open for use in fall 2020.

Pipe installation and grading are under construction to ensure proper irrigation for the fields.
July 11, 2019
The drainage structure and storm sewer have been completed, and four fields have been set to subgrade. Site grading and underdrain, parking lot and sidewalk work all continue. A new sidewalk has been installed along Beck Road.
June 2019
Development began in spring 2019 but has been delayed by several weeks due to the weather. Completed work includes drainage structures and storm sewer and four fields have been set to subgrade. Planned work in July includes stripping topsoil and site grading, underdrain and parking lot and sidewalk concrete work. The goal is to have the fields available for use in spring 2020.
