NOTICE OF ENACTMENT – ZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.750
THE CITY OF NOVI ORDAINS:
Part I. That Ordinance No. 97-18, known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Novi is hereby amended as indicated on ZONING MAP NO. 18.750 attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance.
Part II. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS REPEALED. Any Ordinance or parts of any Ordinance in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part III. WHEN EFFECTIVE. The provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and is hereby ordered to take effect fifteen (15) days after final enactment. The effective date of this Ordinance is March 10, 2026.
MADE AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Novi, Michigan the 23rd day of February, 2026. Copies of the Ordinance Amendment may be purchased or inspected at the Office of the City Clerk, Novi, Michigan, weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, local time.
