    2. Review resident communication.
    3. Discuss having GLWA join our meeting.
      1. Share the status update on the project.
      2. Discuss Resident Communication.
  2. DTE
    1. Review “DTE Key Messages for City of Novi” report.
    2. Information about the December power outage issue.
      1. Current Infrastructure in that area.
      2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
      3. How to prevent the issue for future/timing.
      4. What other areas in the City are prone to this issue in the future due to similar
        concerns?
    3. Develop both short and long-term goals.
  3. Priority Waste
    1. What do we have today internally in terms of reporting/SLAs?
    2. Determine what we would like to see from Priority Waste and the cadence of that reporting.
  4. Broadband
    1. Flashvote – What is the demographic of the signed-up residents?
    2. Review survey questions.
    3. Review fiber map. Discuss adding provider information.
    4. Develop both short and long-term goals.
