APPROVAL OF AGENDA 

AUDIENCE COMMENT– In order to hear all citizen comments at a reasonable hour, the Election Commission requests that speakers respect the three-minute time limit.

  1. Approval of minutes from October 11, 2023 meeting.

  2. Review Sample ballots for February 27, 2024 Election.

  3. Approval of the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the purpose of processing and tabulating absent voter ballots on February 24, 2024, as permitted by law.

  4. Approval of election inspectors for the Absent Voter Counting Board on February 24, 2024.

  5. Approval of the establishment of Absent Voter Counting Board for the February 27, 2024 Election.

  6. Approval of Precinct and Absent Voter Counting Board election inspectors and receiving teams for Election to be held February 27, 2024.

  7. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to appoint on-call and emergency election inspectors for Election to be held February 27, 2024.

  8. Approval for the City Clerk or designee to perform the Preliminary and Public Accuracy Tests.

  9. Consideration of the adjustment of Election Inspector pay rates.

  10. Perform Public Accuracy Test beginning at 4:00 p.m.
