8. Approval of the request of Hadley’s Towing, JSP 16-33, with Zoning Map Amendment 18.715, to rezone property in Section 17, located on the south side of Grand River Avenue between Wixom Road and Beck Road from I-1, (Light Industrial) to I-2 (General Industrial) subject to the related Planned Rezoning Overlay (PRO) Agreement, and corresponding PRO Concept Plan.  The property totals 17.78 acres and the applicant is proposing to rezone approximately 5.6 acres of the northerly portion of the property to accommodate a vehicle towing business and outdoor storage yard.
