Novi Youth Council (13 members) Mandatory meetings held one Monday of the month, 4pm in Council Chambers. Periodic required committee meetings held after school as scheduled by the group. Students must be enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, or junior at a local high school. The student must reside in Novi.
