  4. Award of the Erma Street Improvements Project to the low bidder, Sunset Excavating, Inc.
  5. Award of the Eubank Water Main Extension Project - SAD 149 and the Austin Drive Water Main Extension Project - SAD 151 to the lowest bidder, D.O.C. Contracting, Inc.
  6. Acceptance of a permanent water main easement from the Novi Community School District for the Eleven Mile/Wixom Road Water Main Extension Project.
  7. Award bid for Aggregate Materials to Hayball Transport, the low bidder, based on unit pricing.
