<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Novi City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING ON THE RECOMMENDED CITY 2026-2027 BUDGET at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held on MONDAY, MAY 4, 2026.  Said hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at the Novi Civic Center Council Chamber, 45175 Ten Mile Road, Novi, Michigan.</p>
<p>Interested citizens may appear and present written and/or verbal comments on the recommended budget.</p>
<p>The property tax millage rate recommended to be levied to support the recommended budget will also be a subject of this hearing.</p>

<p>THE CITY OF NOVI ORDAINS:<br>Part I. That Ordinance No. 97-18, known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Novi is hereby amended as indicated on ZONING MAP NO. 18.750 attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance.</p>
<p>Part II. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS REPEALED. Any Ordinance or parts of any Ordinance in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.</p>
<p>Part III. WHEN EFFECTIVE. The provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and is hereby ordered to take effect fifteen (15) days after final enactment. The effective date of this Ordinance is March 10, 2026.</p>
