The Older Adult Needs Committee was established by the Novi City Council on January 23, 2023.
The purpose of the Committee is to act as an advisory board to City Council to empower seniors, create more opportunities for their input into City programs, understand senior needs, projects, and events, and would provide a broader means by which seniors can comment upon and be involved in issues and decisions that affect them; and to assess and understand necessities by, for, and with seniors throughout the City and to provide input to the City on matters involving older adults.
