The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioners’ presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.

No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

The above participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By-Laws and Rules of Procedure.

Public Hearing of the request of Giggle Gang, LLC, for Preliminary Site Plan and Special Land Use Permit approval. The subject property is located in Section 28, east of Beck Road and south of Ten Mile, in the R-1, One-Family Residential District. The subject property is approximately 0.5 acres and the applicant is proposing a group day care home to allow for care of up to 12 children at 24099 Wintergreen Circle.

The subject property is located in Section 14, north of Eleven Mile Road and east Delwal Drive, in the I-1, Light Industrial District. The subject property is approximately 32 acres and the applicant is proposing to construct two 30 foot by 60 foot domes style storage buildings adjacent to the current DPS storage dome.

1. OLDE TOWN OFFICE VILLAGE, SP06-30 Consideration of the request of Heyn Properties for Final Site Plan extension. The subject property is located in Section 16, south of Grand River Avenue, east of Beck Road, in the I-1, Light Industrial District. The subject property is approximately 10.73 acres and the applicant is proposing to build four multi-story medical/general office buildings.
