The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.

No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

The above participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By Laws and Rules of Procedure.

MASTER PLAN FOR LAND USE

The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the City of Novi Updated Master Plan For Land Use.

THE PRESERVE R.U.D., SITE PLAN NUMBER 03-46B

Public Hearing on the request of Terra Libra, LLC for Preliminary Site Plan approval, Woodland Permit, Wetland Permit and Storm Water Management Plan approval. The subject property is located in section 30 on the north side of Nine Mile Road, east of Napier Road in the R-A (Residential Acreage) District. The applicant is proposing to construct a 70-unit site condominium with R.U.D. option. The subject property is approximately 111.280 acres.

INFINITY MEDICAL, SITE PLAN NUMBER 04-34

Public Hearing on the request of J.B. Donaldson Company for Preliminary Site Plan approval. The subject property is located in Section 12 on the west side of Haggerty Road, north of Twelve Mile Road in the OST, Planned Office Service Technology District. The project proposes a 42,064 sq. ft., two-story building for medical use on a 5 acre site.

BOLINGBROKE SITE CONDOMINIUMS, SITE PLAN NUMBER 04-43

Public Hearing on the request of Singh Development Company for Preliminary Site Plan approval, Woodland Permit and Storm Water Management Plan approval. The subject property is located at the intersection of Novi and Old Novi Roads, north of 12 ½ Mile Road and is zoned R-4, Single Family Residential. The applicant is proposing to develop the 19.783 acre parcel with 46 single family, detached, residential site condominiums.

MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION

NOVI FAMILY FUN PARK, SITE PLAN NUMBER 03-57B

Consideration on the request of Jeffery Wainwright of Secure Development for a Planning Commission determination regarding a proposed "cultured rock waterfall" as part of the Novi Family Fun Park. The subject property is located on the south side of Grand River Avenue between Taft and Beck Roads. The subject site is approximately 10.53 acres.
