The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By Laws and Rules of Procedure.

1. PEARY COURT A & B SP01-14
Consideration of the request of Douglas Thal for approval of a one year Final Site Plan extension. The subject project is located in Section 4 on the southeast corner of Hudson Drive and Peary Court. The applicant proposes speculative industrial buildings on 4.75 acres. The property is zoned I-1(Light Industrial). The applicant received Final Site Plan approval on January 15, 2002.
2. OUR LADY OF VICTORY CATHOLIC CHURCH SP 00-38
Consideration of the request of Reverend Ernest Porcari for a one year Preliminary Site Plan and Special Land Use Permit extension. The subject project is located in Section 32, on the north side of Eight Mile Road and west of Beck Road. The applicant proposes a school and church facility on 23.3 acres. The property is zoned RA (Residential Acreage). The applicant received Preliminary Site Plan and Special Land Use Permit approvals on December 20, 2000, and approval of a one year extension on November 7, 2001.

Pubic Hearing on the request of Detroit Catholic Central High School to rezone the subject property located in Section 18 on the west side of Wixom Road and south of Grand River Avenue, from OST (Office Service Technology) and I-1(Light Industrial) to R-1(One Family Residential). The subject property is approximately 60 acres.
2. WALTONWOOD PHASE II, SITE PLAN NUMBER 02-38
Public Hearing on the request of Singh Development Company for a recommendation to City Council for approval of a Preliminary Site Plan with a PD-1 (Planned Development) Option. The subject property is located in Section 14 on the south side of Twelve Mile Road between Novi and Meadowbrook Roads in the RM-1 (Low-Density Multiple Family) District. The developer is proposing a design change to the Phase II assisted living portion of the building and additional 11,000 square foot expansion of the existing facility. The subject property is 13.41 acres.
3. SEELY SANCTUARY, SITE PLAN NUMBER 02-42
Public Hearing on the request of Singh Development Company for approval of a Preliminary Site Plan, Wetland Permit, Woodland Permit, and a Special Land Use Permit. The subject property is located in Section 12 on the south side of 13 mile Road between M-5 and Meadowbrook Roads in the RA (Residential Acreage) District. The developer is proposing a place of worship. The subject property is 9.659 acres.

Consideration of the request of The City of Detroit Water & Sewerage Department and The Clear Water Team, for approval of a revised Preliminary and Final Site Plan. The subject property is located in Section 1 on the south side of Fourteen Mile Road and west of Haggerty Road. The applicant proposes a revision to the fencing, landscape plan, and reconsideration of conditions of Planning Commission approval.
