The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitionerís presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By Laws and Rules of Procedure.

Consideration of the request of Ridgeview Centre, LLC for a one year Preliminary Site Plan extension. The subject property is located in Section 12 at the southeast corner of Thirteen Mile and Cabot Drive. The developer proposes a three story office building on a 4.949 acre site. The property is zoned OST (Office Service Technology). The applicant received Preliminary approval on January 9, 2002.

Public Hearing on the request of Aspen Group/Beck LLC to amend the Master Plan from Single Family Residential to Local Commercial. The subject property is located in Section 29 on the southwest corner of Ten Mile and Beck Roads. The subject property is 4.0 acres.
2. MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT
Pubic Hearing on the request of Leonard G. Seigal of Seigal Tuomaala Associates, Architects & Planners, to amend the Master Plan from Single Family Residential to Multiple Family. The subject property is located in Section 1 north of Thirteen Mile Road and west of the M-5 connector. The subject property is approximately 61.5 acres.
