City of Novi REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION ROLL CALL: Canup, Churella, Kocan, Koneda, Landry, Mutch, Nagy, Piccinini and Richards The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner ’s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

The 5.597 acre site is zoned Office Service Technology (OST). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval and Woodland Permit. 3. MCLEAN MEADOW ESTATES SP 01-28 This site condominium project is located in Section 27, on the west side of Novi Road between Nine and Ten Mile Roads. The applicant is also seeking a positive recommendation to City Council for a Wetland Permit. 2 . WALLED LAKE/NOVI WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DISINFECTION – ACCESSORY BUILDING SP 01-10This building addition to house water disinfection equipment is located in Section 9, southeast of West Road and south of South Lake Drive.
