REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION

The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner=s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person , other than a Commission member , shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT 18.161
An Ordinance to amend Subpart 2503.2E(2) of Ordinance No. 97-18, as amended, the City of Novi Zoning Ordinance, to revise the height limitations pertaining to roof top appurtenances.
ZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.592
The proposed rezoning of 3.9 acres in Section 24, located north of Ten Mile and west of Haggerty Roads. The applicant is seeking a positive rezoning recommendation from Office Service District (OS-2) to General Business District (B-3) or any other appropriate zoning district.

VENTURE DRIVE SPEC BUILDING A SP 99-52
This project is located on 1.6 acres in Section 26, on Venture Drive, north of Nine Mile Road between Meadowbrook and Novi Roads. The proposed development is in a Light Industrial District (I-1). The site is located adjacent to an R-4 Residential District and is considered a Special Land Use. Building A shares an access easement to the site with Venture Drive Spec Building B. The applicant is seeking Final Site Plan approval.
