REGULAR MEETING OF THE NOVI PLANNING COMMISSION
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19, 2000 AT 7:30 P.M.

ROLL CALL: Canup, Capello, Cassis, Churella, Koneda, Mutch, Piccinini, Richards, and Watza
The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioner=s presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person , other than a Commission member , shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
The above mentioned participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission by Laws and Rules of Procedure.

An Ordinance to add Subsection 1701.7 to Ordinance No. 97-18, as amended, The City of Novi Zoning Ordinance, to Permit Brewpubs within the RC Regional Center District.
BECK WEST CORPORATE PARK SITE CONDOMINIUM SP 00-12
This corporate park site condominium project is located in Section 9, east of Beck and south of West Roads. The forty-seven acre site is zoned Light Industrial District (I-1) and General Industrial District (I-2). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan approval.
3. BECK NORTH CORPORATE SITE CONDOMINIUM SP 00-13
This corporate park site condominium project is located in Section 4, east of Beck and north of West
Roads. This forty-seven acre site is zoned Light Industrial District (I-1). The applicant is seeking Preliminary Site Plan and Wetland Permit approvals.
4. REZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.591
The proposed rezoning of 9.7acres in Section 23, north of Trans –X Drive and east of Novi Road. The
applicant is seeking rezoning recommendation from Light Industrial District (I-1) and General Industrial District (I-2) to High Density, Mid-Rise Multiple-family Residential Districts (RM-2) or any other appropriate zoning district.
5. REZONING MAP AMENDMENT 18.593
The proposed rezoning of a 6.54 acres in Section 10, on the east side of Dixon Road and north of
Twelve Mile Road. The applicant is seeking rezoning recommendation from Residential Acreage District (RA) to One-Family Residential District (R-1) or any other appropriate zoning district.
CUMMINS MICHIGAN INC. 99-02
This building addition project is located in Section 23, on Novi Road. The 4.31 acre site is zoned General Industrial (I-2). The applicant is requesting a One-year Site Plan Extension.
2. BEECHFOREST PARK SP 99-30
This professional office building project is located in Section 14, on the west side of Meadowbrook Road, between Eleven and Twelve Mile Roads. The 7.981 acre site is zoned Office Service Technology (OST). The applicant is seeking a Section Nine Façade Waiver.
3. JARED JEWELERS SP 00-15
This jewelry store project is located in Section 15, on the southeast corner of Novi and Twelve Mile Roads. The fifteen acre site is zoned Regional Center (RC). The applicant is seeking a Section Nine Façade Waiver and a positive Preliminary Site Plan recommendation to the City Council.
