CONSENT AGENDA REMOVALS AND APPROVALS (See items A-L) All items listed under Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered at the end of the normal Agenda.

1. Approval to award a construction contract for the 2009 Neighborhood Roads Program to Hard Rock Concrete, Inc., the low bidder, in the amount of $984,262.41 (the contract is to be signed on or after July 1, 2009).

Approval of the Oakland County Building Officials Association Damage Assessment Mutual Aid Agreement, an inter-governmental agreement between Oakland County communities outlining the terms by which member communities will assist each other in the evaluation of buildings and structures to determine the nature and extent of damage and the cost of repairs in the event of a disaster or emergency.
