1. Approval of Resolution adopting the Storm Water Phase II Study Report and authorizing Administration to apply for a Clean Michigan Initiative grant for capital improvements to two regional storm water detention basins (Taft Road and Bishop basins).

Consideration of a request from Northern Equities Group, applicant for Haggerty Corridor Corporate Park - Phase II, for a variance from Section 11-276(b) of the Design and Construction Standards requiring safety paths to be placed along the frontage of the arterial and collector street system in accordance with the Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan, to postpone construction of the safety paths along proposed Cabot and McKenzie Drives.
