The meeting was called to order by Mayor McLallen at 7:35 pm.

(present), Mitzel (present), Mutch (present/arrived at 7:40 pm), Schmid (present) and Mayor McLallen (present)

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING: To Interview candidates for appointment to Zoning Board of Appeals, Beautification Commission, Cable Access Committee, Computer Advisory Committee, Economic Development Corporation, Election Commission, Housing and Community Development Advisory Committee, Board of Review and Planning Commission.

The following candidates were interviewed:

Sarah Gray - Planning Commission

Gretchen Pugsley - Beautification Commission

Richard Dietrich - Planning Commission

Gerald Harris - Zoning Board of Appeals

Connie Mallett - Zoning Board of Appeals

Timothy Burke - Computer Advisory Commission

Phillip Polny - Planning Commission

Michael Meyer - Planning Commission

Matthew Wick was to be interviewed for the Planning Commission but was absent.

Helen Stabler and Denise Jenkins were to be interviewed for the Planning Commission but canceled their appointments.
