ACTIVITIES ROOM - NOVI CIVIC CENTER

The meeting was called to order at 6:10 PM with Mayor Pro tem Crawford presiding.

ROLL CALL: Council Members Crawford (Present), Mason (Absent-excused), Mitzel (Present), Pope (Absent), Schmid (Present), Toth (Present), McLallen (Absent)

Mayor McLallen and Councilman Pope arrived at 6:20 PM at which time Mayor McLallen assumed the Chair.

ALSO PRESENT: Geraldine Stipp, City Clerk

PURPOSE OF SPECIAL MEETING:

Special Meeting called to interview candidates for appointment to the Taft Road Extension Route Committee, Senior Citizen Building Authority and Senior Citizen Housing Implementation Committee.

The following were interviewed:

Michael Condon - Taft Road Extension Committee

Helen Stabler, Senior Citizen Housing Implementation Committee

Jeanette Snyder - Senior Citizen Housing Implementation Committee and Building Authority

Gary Zack - Taft Road Extension Committee

Larry Czekaj - Building Authority

(Peter Hoadley did not interview. He called the office indicating that he did not receive the notice of the meeting until the day of the meeting. He is still very much interested in the Senior Housing Implementation Committee or the Building Authority.)

ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
