The Forestry Asset Section is managed by the Forestry Asset Manager, Tiffany Giacobazzi, and part-time Forestry Technician, Keith Salowich. This section of the Field Operations Division is charged with the maintenance and upkeep of the City’s urban forest which contains approximately 37,500 trees found along major and neighborhood roadways and city parks.
The trees lining Novi’s streets and populating the parks are one of the City’s most cherished public assets. The Forestry Asset Manager administers necessary removals, planting, and maintenance of each of the assets, and is a Certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture.
