The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting.  Petitioners’ presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
 
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).
 
The above participation policy is outlined in Sections 3.4 and 3.8 of the Planning Commission By-Laws and Rules of Procedure.

Consideration of the request of WXZ Development, for Preliminary Site Plan and Stormwater Management Plan approval.  The subject property is located in Section 23 at 42520 Grand River Avenue, north of Grand River Avenue and east of Town Center Drive in the B-3, General Business District.  The subject property is 1.6 acres and the applicant is proposing a 6,895 square foot Advance Auto Parts retail store.
 
2.   KROGER OFFICE PAVILION, JSP12-72

Consideration of the request of The Kroger Company of Michigan, for Preliminary Site Plan and Section 9 façade waiver approval.  The subject property is located in Section 24 at 40399 Grand River Avenue, south of Grand River Avenue and east of Joseph Drive in the I-1, Light Industrial District.  The subject property is 2.87 acres and the applicant is proposing to add a 275 square foot open pavilion space for use by employees at the Kroger office building.
