Approval or Resolution designating the Villa Barr Art Park & Cultural Education Center and a portion of Pavilion Shore Park located east of East Lake Drive as City parkland, correcting the designation of the full Pavilion Shore Park area, and directing the information to be provided to the Planning Commission and the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Commission for use in updating the Master Plan for Land Use and Community Recreation Plan.
