The Novi Parks Department is open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Registration forms may be dropped off 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday -
Friday and 10:00am to 3:00pm Saturdays inside the Civic Center.

If anyone requires special
accommodations to attend or participate in a department program or
activity, please call the office or contact us by
email at
least 48 hours prior to the event.
Novi Parks may take photos or video
of participants enrolled in sponsored programs. Please be advised
that these photos are for department use only and may be used in
publications, on the website or local cable channel.
A $10 late fee per program, per
participant will be accessed after the registration period ends.
If a family enrolls three children
in the same program, the third child will receive a discount of 50%
on the office price for the class or program. This discount is to be
applied to the enrollment fee that is the lowest and is only
available in the office. Registration for all three participants
must take place in the office. All late fees and counter
registration costs still apply.
Refund Policies
Youth Sports Programs and Camps
Full refund, minus a $10 administration fee, per person, per
program, per season, if a request for a refund is received by Parks,
Recreation & Forestry Office 10 business days before the start date.
Adult Sports Programs
Full refund, minus a $10 administration fee, per person/team, per
program, per season will be charged. No Refund will be issued after
confirmation of your acceptance in league/division and/or the
registration deadline.
Program Cancellation
Novi Parks reserves the right to cancel any program due to
insufficient registration or loss of facility space. A full refund
will be issued if a program is canceled.
NO refunds will be issued for one-day programs, community events,
trips, amusement park or theatre tickets.
Pick & Click Refunds
Requests must be made at the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Office.
A check will be issued, minus the convenience fee and the
administration fee.
Refunds are subject to return of any uniform or equipment issued.
Refunds may take four to six weeks to process.
