The City of Novi accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. Checks must be made payable to Novi Parks

General Information:

Late registrations will be charged an additional $10 fee
If a family enrolls three children in the same program, the third child will receive a discount of 50% on the program. The discount is applies to the lowest enrollment fee and is only available in the PRCS office.
If you need special accommodations to participate in a program, please contact the Novi Parks office prior to registering at 248.347.0400 or email noviparks@cityofnovi.org. We will do our best to provide access and reasonable accommodations for these individuals.

Payment:

When mailing, include your credit card information, check or money order made payable to Novi Community Education. Faxed registrations are only accepted with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Class fees are due when you register.

General Information:

A $10 fee will be added to returned checks
When registering, include your email address and a receipt will be emailed to you
Supplies should not be purchased until you know classes will be held
Class Withdrawals/Refunds - Contact the Community Education office regarding class concerns or refund requests. Since many classes need a minimum enrollment in order to be held, a refund is guaranteed only if we cancel a class or you drop or transfer from a class five or more business days before the class start date. There is a $5 cancellation fee per class for processing a refund. Refunds will be pro-rated for classes held, regardless of attendance. No refunds are paid in cash.
Non-Residents - A $5 fee is charged per person, per program for those who do not live in the city of Novi. This fee is refundable if we cancel a class.
Senior Citizen Discounts are available on many classes for residents age 60 or older. Birth date must be included on registration form. All students are required to pay any material fees that may be included as part of the class fee.
School Closings/ Postponements - If the Novi Community School District closes due to weather conditions, Community Education programs located in district facilities will not be held. Please contact offsite facilities regarding weather-related cancellations.
