The South American dance is cropping up everywhere and with good reason – it is an innovative, fun and exciting cardio-based dance. Designed for the active older adult; the true beginner, those who are not used to exercising, or limited physically. The difference between a Zumba Basic and Gold is that Gold is lower intensity, not quite as fast, but certainly a fun workout! No class Feb 20.

Vinyasa is a general name given to any flowing style of yoga. In this class we link breath with movement to create a moving meditation. It is a vigorous flow of postures (asanas) to build stamina, strength and flexibility while promoting weight loss. The asana sequences will be performed to balance and counterbalance the body. One of the attractive features of this style of yoga is the fact that no two classes are ever alike. There is a great deal of diversity in the flows and postures we will use. Come join us and try something different. Yoga mat required. Please try not to eat before class.
