Community Recreation Program 2009-2013
This
five year plan was developed by City staff and adopted by the PRCS
Commission and City Council to serve as a guide in making future
decisions related to recreation facilities and programs. In
addition, the Plan is intended to allow the City to continue to
apply for funding assistance from outside agencies, including the
Michigan Department of natural Resources (MDNR), to work towards
implementation of the goals and recommendations within the Plan.
