The Southwestern Oakland Cable
Commission (SWOCC) is the agency that administers the City’s
contract with the cable operator in Novi, Farmington, and Farmington
Hills. Commission meetings are posted at SWOCC Studios, Channel 13,

cable operator. If you have questions regarding service, billing or
